Your use of our website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with our Terms and Conditions. These may be amended from time to time without notice.
Your contract to purchase any of our products becomes a binding contract only when you have received our confirmation of both your order and your payment. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. Please select carefully and check the sizing provided before placing an order.
All purchases are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Our prices are inclusive of GST applied at the current rate and exclude all foreign taxes. All prices (including delivery and other charges) are subject to change from time to time.
For product exclusivity, we only had a hundred pieces (plus or minus five) made of each style of garment in all the different sizes that we are selling. However, if a garment style is very popular and our customers are asking for more stock, we reserve the right to restock this garment style. We will also try our best to keep stock levels as up to date. Should the size that you ordered be out of stock, we will refund you immediately. Or alternatively, we will do our best to find you a suitable replacement and will email you as soon as possible for confirmation.
We try our best to provide the most accurate descriptions, images and colour representation for all of our garments; however, please be aware that images may appear differently on different screens. Please feel free to email us in regards to any questions about the details of a particular garment.
To ensure the best fit for your body size, please always check the garment sizing guide provided with each garment style.
Because different fabrics have different characteristics (e.g., warp and weft, stretchability, width and length, pattern layout, thickness, etc.) and a large proportion of our garments are handmade, these garment measurements might slightly vary with each garment style.
Customers within New Zealand are eligible to exchange goods within 7 days of purchase. Goods will only be exchanged if the item has not been worn, marked or damaged by the customer and/or during transit and delivery, and with the original tags and string still in place. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange goods sent outside New Zealand. There is no exchange or refund on any SALE items.

If a scheduled delivery does not arrive, please email us as soon as possible. Please be aware we do not accept responsibility for any lost orders as a result of a third party’s negligence.
All credit card payments are handled by eWay who are PCI compliant and Miss H and Me does not have access to any of the credit card details.
