Our Returns Policy complies with the legal requirements of the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Our aim is for you to love your Miss H and Me purchase. However, we do recognise and acknowledge that sometimes things do not work out. If you have purchased an item that you are not satisfied with, we can offer a store credit or exchange for a new item (to the same value of the original item). Please be aware we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases, so please check carefully the size guides provided before making your purchase. Customers who receive an item with a manufacturing fault are entitled to a full refund if accepted.
Items for return must be sent back within 7 days of the customer receiving them. Any return outside of this time frame we will use our discretion as to whether we will make an exception in accepting it. Store Credit returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your item. If you wish an exchange, please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email.
Please ensure any item returned is in perfect condition (unused, unaltered and unwashed), with all original tags, string and packing undamaged. Any items not received in their original condition will automatically be returned to sender.
Miss H and Me will confirm by email whether your exchange is accepted or not. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable. Sale items are a final sale and cannot be accepted for return or exchange unless the item is deemed to be faulty.
For change of mind or wrong sizing fault by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your item to us; however, we will send out your new item for free if you live in New Zealand.
For faulty items or if the customer received an incorrect size from the one ordered, you will need to send these back and if they are accepted as refundable, we will refund you the full amount, including postage.

For postage, we recommend you use:
- A traceable delivery method.
- Insurance for your delivery for the safe return to Miss H and Me so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
If you elect to ignore the above recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
We cannot process your return until the goods are received by us.
We will advise you as soon as we have received your goods.
We reserve the right to deny a return, if the goods returned do not meet our Returns Policy requirements.
